Eczema Cream
Most over the counter natural eczema cream contains steroids and a whole lot of ingredients that can harm your body and actually aggravate your eczema rash if your body reacts badly to the ingredients, that’s why I am going to share with you a natural eczema cream that is very inexpensive and extremely effective at relieving eczema symptoms. The main ingredient is Oatmeal, this is found in nearly all eczema cream and it’s proven to combat symptoms in all cases. The best thing about these are they are so safe you can use them as a baby eczema cream if your baby suffers from it as well:
1) Mix Oatmeal with Honey 50/50. Blend it together until it forms an eczema cream like substance and apply it to your eczema rash, then leave it for 30 minutes. After that time wash if off with luke warm water. You’ll notice this soothes and relives your flare up – often better than any other cream for eczema.
2) Oatmeal baths – this is not a cream for eczema but an effective treatment! Grind oatmeal up until it’s a fine powder and add it to a bath full of warm (but not too hot!) water. Lie in the water for 15 minutes before getting out, you’ll notice right away that the itchiness has been relieved.
3) Mix Oatmeal with egg whites to form a very rich exfoliating masque. Apply to your eczema rash/rashes and wait for it to dry into the skin before washing off, you will notice it smooths your skin and it feels softer to touch.
These 3 procedures all do exactly the same as what expensive over the counter eczema cream does which is reduce your symptoms, no creams for eczema will actually cure your condition so you’re better of using the above methods which are more cost effective and do not come with any side affects.
